Refund Policy

At Plus Minus, we take pride in the quality of our treatments and customer care.

1. Services

Due to the nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full reschedule or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee or forfeited deposit.

  • “No-shows” will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

3. Products

Products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in original condition. Refunds or exchanges require proof of purchase.
