Welcome to Plus Minus. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These Terms apply to all services and treatments provided by Plus Minus, whether booked online or in person.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be made through our website or by phone. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are required to inform our practitioners of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and may change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in every treatment, Plus Minus shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction, irritation, or other side effect beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
